Kim Dunlap, Co-Founder, Learning and Development Lead, and Facilitator
Kim has shaped her career supporting learning and development across numerous community organizations and provincial government departments. With a deep understanding of how adults learn and engage, she designs and facilitates learning experiences that are practical, meaningful, and impactful. Known for her thoughtful approach and strong facilitation skills, Kim brings both expertise and heart to her work, creating spaces where people feel supported, connected, and inspired to grow.
Mike Waters, Co-Founder, Process Design Lead, and Facilitator​​
Mike has empowered organizations across numerous sectors to enhance their impact. He is trained in the ICA Associates and IAP2 Canada approaches to faciliation and interest-holder engagement. Having worked for multiple municipal governments, lead non-profit organizations both small and large, and conducted strategic engagements with hundreds of community groups, Mike is uniquely equipped to guide your organization towards achieving your desired goals.

Over the past few years, many of our clients have asked for more training and professional development opportunities—particularly those focused on succession planning, leadership growth, and investing in the long-term success of their teams.

Those conversations inspired us to create something new: a unique leadership development program designed to help participants identify and build on their existing strengths, while intentionally addressing skill gaps and areas for growth. Through a practical and reflective learning experience, participants will explore both what skills are needed to lead effectively and how to strengthen them for greater impact.
